Bob Pagano, Cassandra J. Van Rooyun and Kerry Ann McHugh are the local premier team that makes up the Peak One Realty team and provides the most knowledgeable and trusted real estate services in Georgetown, Colorado and serving all of Clear Creek County.  With nearly 100 years combined local living and professional experience, there really is no better choice in Clear Creek County!

Kerry Ann has been enjoying all that Clear Creek has to offer ever since running out of gas here 30 years ago. She especially loves to hike with her pups in quests for the best alpine lakes. She is an avid gardener and even grows tomatoes – without a greenhouse!   She has volunteered on numerous boards and commissions throughout the county over the years, including a term as Police Judge, ex officio Mayor of Georgetown. She is a 20 year volunteer with Hope for Animals Rescue and continues to volunteer at the Clear Creek Fire Authority and the Georgetown Community School.  Kerry Ann also serves as the District E member on the Clear Creek County School Board. 

Kerry Ann joined the Peak One Realty team in the Fall of 2021. She is a full-time real estate professional ready to expertly guide you through all of your real estate needs. Kerry Ann brings an extensive list of credentials to the already well-established and experienced team at Peak One Realty.  She has managed many properties in Clear Creek County and is a certified paralegal and a CMCA,  Association Management Specialist (AMS). That, along with her strengths in contracts and accounting, lent to the natural progression of becoming a real estate agent.
